Our guarantee is based on product performance, not change-of-mind purchases. Due to previous abuse of refund policies common in ecommerce, certain requirements must be met for a refund to be approved.

Refunds are not issued for unopened, unused, or change-of-mind purchases.
The product must be opened, powered on, and tested as intended in order to qualify for a refund under this guarantee.
Step 1: Contact Support First
Before submitting a refund request, please contact our support team.

If the product still does not work for you after following our support guidance, you may submit a refund request.

• You using the brush on your hair
• The results demonstrating the issue you experienced

Refund requests submitted without video proof will not be eligible for approval.
Step 3: Proper Product Use

Step 4: Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for refund consideration.
